The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Scuba Legends is your next big step. From Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, we guide you through your development as a diver, improving your skills, boosting your confidence, and preparing you to explore new underwater horizons.
You’ll complete five Adventure Dives, each focused on key skills such as underwater navigation, buoyancy control, deep diving, enriched air (Nitrox), wreck diving, introduction to rescue, and more. Each dive counts as the first step toward an official PADI Specialty.
With this certification, you’ll be able to dive to depths of up to 30 meters, accessing more challenging and fascinating environments.

The PADI Rescue Diver course is demanding, but it’s also one of the most rewarding, engaging, and eye-opening programs you can complete as a diver. You’ll train both theoretically and practically, working through realistic rescue scenarios both underwater and on the surface.
This course also requires completion of the Emergency First Response (EFR) module if you don’t already have it.

The Emergency First Response course (EFR) teaches you, step by step and in a calm learning environment, how to respond to medical emergencies with confidence and control.
It is a standalone course, but also an essential requirement for the PADI Rescue Diver certification.
What will you learn?
The program combines theory and hands-on practice to develop real-life skills in two key areas:
Learn how to act in critical situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, or severe bleeding.
Manage minor injuries, immobilize limbs, apply bandages, and assess symptoms correctly.
At the end of the course, you’ll receive the EFR certification, valid for diving activities and everyday life situations.
